Wait!! Stop!!

You yell for the bus to stop, but you're too late.  It's already gone.   How could it have left you and your two friends behind? You know the teacher always checks to make sure everyone's on board before returning to school.

Your class came to the nature preserve to explore a chaparral ecosystem and observe the plants and animals that inhabit it.  It was a great field trip. That was until the bus left without you.  As you kick the dirt in frustration, you notice that your usually sneaker clad foot isn't yours.  You've changed into one of the animals you observed on your field trip.

Though you know it's totally impossible, you think the change may have had something to do with the wish you made.   You were staring at that animal (the one you've now turned into) when you wished that you could stay here forever.  Now you've traded bodies with it, and it's on the bus as you.  That's it, or heat exhaustion has caused you to hallucinate.

Hallucination or not, there are predators about.   As you hear something moving in the brush nearby you realize you must quickly adapt to this  environment in order to survive.  If you and your friends ever make it back to school you're going to have a great story to tell.

Go to the task page to find out what you must do.
